Shipping

The shipment will be processed as soon as possible, and the timing can vary depending on your location. For any kind of clarification or request, feel free to ask.

Shipping in the US is a fee of $5 per item with no flat rate fee.

International shipping is a $20 flat rate with a $10 additional fee per item.

Other options for shipping will be available later in time.

Returns

If you ever have an issue, missing or defective items please let us know. 

- You can cancel an order at any time before it is fulfilled.

- You can return an item within 30 days.

Please keep in mind that with retro games & consoles, many are now antiques and 20, 30, or 40+ years old and sometimes multiple styles/colors/labels exist for certain items.  Therefore, stock photos are often used on our website to eliminate multiple listings for the same item. 

If you desire a particular version, color, label, condition, etc., or would like to see a pic of the exact item you'll receive, please contact us BEFORE purchasing or submit a custom game request before purchasing, and we'll be happy to help.  Unless otherwise noted, all items we sell will be in GOOD, USED, and WORKING condition, but are NOT going to be "mint", "perfect", or "new/sealed" unless specifically stated.
